Exploring Resorts in the New Jersey Area

exploring the new jersey areaIf you’re considering resort living in the New Jersey area, chances are you’re fairly active. And even though you’re looking for a quality home that’s designed and built to your specific requirements and taste, you probably won’t spend all of your time inside your beautifully built custom home.

And even though you may be looking to get away from the constant noise and congestion of the city, you’re probably not going to be content to sit around and stare at the walls. Don’t worry! “Getting away from it all” doesn’t have to mean battling boredom.

There’s plenty to do in the area right around Crystal Springs. Here’s just a smattering of what you can find close to home:

Live Performances from the Tri State Actors Theater and the Lycian Centre for the Performing Arts

Great Shopping at Woodbury Commons, where you’ll find more than 200 outlet stores

Village Life at the Village of Warwick, New York where you can enjoy quaint shops, bowling, a drive-in theatre, and more

Antiques galore at Lafayette Mill Antique Center

Local Wineries in the area provide wine-tasting opportunities for the adults at a number of locales—in addition to Crystal Springs Resort’s own Cava Winery

In addition to these outings, you can take advantage of farmers’ markets, apple and pumpkin picking, local parks for boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, and bird watching, mountain biking, and several local museums.  Here are more details on some of these activities.

Your Crystal Springs Resort home may be comfortable enough that you’ll never want to leave it, but there’s too much going on in the area to stay home all the time!
